Refunds, Returns and Gift Policy

RETURNS and REFUNDS

The provision of goods and services by TUESDAY Design (Pty) Ltd is subject to product availability and, in the case of a special make-up, our manufacturing ability. In unusual cases where we’re unable to fulfill the order, we will refund the client in full within 30 days. Cancellation of orders by the client will attract a 10% administration fee.

Regrettably, we don’t offer cash refunds under any circumstances. We will however offer a credit for the same amount, provided there’s no damage or wear and tear. Jewellery items ordered from our website can be returned unworn and in their original packaging, within 10 calendar days of receipt for a credit note. If there is damage, we’ll deduct whatever amount is necessary from the credit amount to cover the cost of repairing and restoring the piece to its original state. However, if for some reason the damage is beyond repair, no credit will be allocated.

IN THE CASE OF GIFTS PURCHASED…

As our jewellery is often purchased as special GIFTS, we realise that the end customer might wish to exchange the jewellery for another pair, or another colour gemstone etc. We understand it’s tricky ordering gifts for others, and we’d like to facilitate people getting something that they ultimately ADORE and will wear relentlessly! Therefore in the case of a return for credit please notify us within the 10 day period in order for us to record the expected return via courier.

All jewellery items must be returned via courier at the expense of the customer (we can assist in organising the courier for you if necessary), and the delivery charges on the original order will not be refunded. HOWEVER, if the original order qualified for free shipping – we will send out the replacement jewellery for FREE as well!

Bespoke or customised items cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances. We require a deposit of 50% to confirm a bespoke order. And depending on the progress of the special order there will be no refund on deposits, in the event of cancellation for already made special order items.
